Fill out this form, Email or call me and let’s plan the details! Details include, date, time, type of session, location, any special requests, etc. After the details have been figured out, you send in your deposit to save your date and time.

What should you wear?
What ever you want! Well, for the most part anyway! I do encourage people to wear bold and vivid colors (whites and pastels do not always photograph well) Clothing is very important in a photograph. Wearing layers adds interest and texture, chunky sweaters, buttons, fun jewelry, ribbons, ruffles, hats, scarves, ties, funky shoes, boots, tights, etc, all add extra detail and will make your photos visually pop that much more. Also families look best in colors that blend well together. Check out these great examples on Pinterest.
You can also bring a few outfits and are welcome to change as many times as our session time permits! If you have any questions, I encourage you ask prior to your session time.
Can I bring items to be photographed with?
Absolutely! They are welcome as long as you have someone there who can tend to them during your session.
What happens after the session?
When the session is over, I will confirm the best way to contact you. Over the next 10-14 days (weddings take longer) I will work to ensure each of your photographs is looking its very best. I will then be posting your photos for you to look at in your online photo gallery. After viewing your photos, you will be able to order all of the prints, canvases, books, albums, cards, etc that your heart desires.

What is a Senior Model Rep?
Being a senior rep means you are a spokesperson for Captured by Dani's senior sessions. All you have to do is show off your awesome pictures to your friends! It’s true! You’ll be supplied with referral cards and with each referral you’ll earn print credits.
What’s required of you?
• Signed model release.
• Agree to have my senior portraits done exclusively by Captured by Dani.
• Available for a FREE 30 minute modeling session before August 2013.
• Pass out your referral cards to any seniors you think would be interested. Remember, you are our spokesperson!
• A $150 good faith deposit is required at the time of signing up to be a senior model. This deposit goes towards your final print order.
What’s in it for you?

• 5 Watermarked Images to use on Facebook.
• A custom Facebook Timeline Cover.
• 1/2 OFF Senior Session (must be completed by October 30th, 2013)
• For every referral (your friend must bring Model Rep card), you earn $20 print credit towards your order.
To earn your credit, your friend must let us know you referred them at time of booking. Your friends will also enjoy an additional $20 print credit with your referral card. Sessions must be completed by October 30th, 2013.
Get your parent or guardian involved!
Before you can become an official Senior Rep, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian. Once you’ve filled out the application and if you are selected as a representative, a phone or in person consultation with at least one of your parents or guardians is a must! Dani knows how important it is for your folks to know what you’ll be getting for participating, what is expected of you, and that you are all generally on the same page. Informed parents are happy parents!
